Is he too shy to express his feelings, and you are often left wondering where your relationship is headed? Men are usually shy in expressing their feelings through words, and they are big believers in showing their love and affection rather than explicitly saying it. Focus on his body language, read up on love languages and see what’s his like, and get the cues from his non-verbal communication to get an idea of how stable your relationship with each other is. Here are some of the little acts he does that prove that he is ready to say “I love you”, and is just being a little shy!

He gives you passionate, long kisses

A short peck on the cheek or lips is cute and lovey dovey, but long, passionate kisses signify the depth of a romantic relationship. If you think these kisses have become a regular, and he is the one to initiate them, then he has definitely fallen head over heels in love with you.

He can't stay away for longer

Sitting in close proximity, keeping you nearby, and just wanting to be with you is a sign of a budding relationship. You don’t want to let go of the people you love, and he does the same when he asks you to get close to him.

He seems happy after spending time with you

Have you noticed him smile as you kiss him? Do you feel like he is radiating a happy glow after you’ve had a lovely time together, then it is definitely you who is the reason behind his joy and being all smiles.

He gives you attention as you speak

We all have a decreased attention span for most people, and only listen intently to those we love and value the most. If you notice him giving your thoughts and words attention and importance, then that is an incredibly positive sign for your relationship.

He likes to hold your hand

He loves holding hands, being lovey-dovey without sexual overtones, and is generally caring when you are out on your own. He loves to look after you, and looks out for you.

He likes keeping in touch

He calls and texts you for no particular reason, misses you when the two of you haven’t spoken for a while and initiates meaningful conversation. All these are signs that the great ‘I love you’ statement is just around the corner!
